You can enter and reverse transactions, offset sales invoices against purchase invoices if you are dealing with a supplier who is also your customer, by offsetting purchase invoices against sales invoices.
If transactions have not been allocated, you can amend the their references and due dates.
To update your customer accounts with direct debits and standing orders from the Cash Book, or with invoice and credit note postings from sales or purchase order processing, you can use the Update pending transactions option.
If you are registered for VAT and supply goods to customers in the EC, you can produce an EC Sales List to submit to the HMRC or the Irish Revenue.
